These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WhiteLabel Casino website and any B2B services provided by WhiteLabel Casino ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Overview

WhiteLabel Casino provides B2B white label online casino software solutions, including but not limited to:

• Pre-built casino platform configuration and branding
• Game library integration (10,000+ titles)
• Payment gateway integration (fiat and cryptocurrency)
• CRM, bonus engine, and affiliate system setup
• Template-based or custom design implementation
• Post-launch support and additional integrations

All services are delivered under separate project agreements that define specific scope, timelines, deliverables, and pricing.

2. Eligibility

Our services are available exclusively to businesses and individuals who are legally authorized to operate online gaming platforms in their respective jurisdictions. By engaging our services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements
• You will obtain all necessary licenses and regulatory approvals for operating an online casino in your target markets
• Your use of our software will comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws

3. Intellectual Property

Client Ownership

Upon full payment, the client receives rights to the branded casino platform as configured for their project. This includes the applied design, branding assets, and configured platform settings specific to their deployment.

WhiteLabel Casino Retained Rights

WhiteLabel Casino and its infrastructure providers retain ownership of the underlying platform technology, proprietary frameworks, game aggregation systems, and core software components. The white label infrastructure remains the property of the provider.

4. Project Timelines and Delivery

Our standard delivery timeline is approximately four to six weeks from the completed onboarding form to a live, traffic-ready site. Timelines may vary based on:

• Number of additional payment gateway integrations
• Scope of custom design requirements
• Timeliness of client feedback and approvals
• Regulatory requirements specific to target markets

Delays caused by the client's failure to provide timely feedback, content, or approvals will not constitute a breach of our delivery obligations.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms, schedules, and amounts are defined in the individual project agreement. Our pricing model consists of a setup fee plus GGR share, with no other commissions. General payment conditions include:

• A setup fee is required to commence platform configuration
• GGR (Gross Gaming Revenue) share applies as defined in the project agreement
• No additional commissions or hidden fees beyond the agreed terms
• Late payments may result in project suspension until outstanding amounts are settled

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes technical specifications, business strategies, financial information, and any other materials marked as confidential. This obligation survives the termination of the business relationship.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

WhiteLabel Casino warrants that all deliverables will conform to the agreed technical specification. We provide a reasonable warranty period after launch during which we will fix bugs and defects at no additional cost.

We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times. We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party services, APIs, or infrastructure outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhiteLabel Casino's total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Upon termination:

• The client pays for all work completed up to the termination date
• WhiteLabel Casino delivers all completed work and assets
• Confidentiality obligations remain in effect

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
